	Corrected assigning IP addresses to hosts with incorrect
	ethernet address lengths (generated by NT 3.5)
	Changed patch set to work better with DHCP patch
	Correct increasing the IP address and checking for end of range
	Added option to store IP address or Hostname in bootptab file
	Now check to make sure looked up name also has an address and
	check when assigning with hostname....
		IP lookup==hostname lookup==IP loopkup 
		......if not then fail (Bad DNS files?)
