Too many thing to think about but: (in some order in which I might do them)

	Add to hash table and bootptab file at same time

	Seperate dynamic from normal hosts in bootptab file

	Allow hosts to expire, check using ARP or PING?

	Assign address based on hardware route

	Code needs to be cleaned up -- Improve internal error checking
